Delete your MandiPe account
This page explains how MandiPe app users can request deletion of an account and what data is deleted, anonymized, or retained.
How to request account deletion
- 1Email hello@mandipe.com from the email address linked to your MandiPe account, or include your registered mobile number and business name in the request.
- 2Use the subject line "Delete MandiPe account" so our support team can route the request correctly.
- 3Our team may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion is processed.
- 4After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible account data and confirm completion by email.
Data we delete
We delete or de-identify account profile details, login identifiers, saved delivery addresses, notification tokens, and other personal information that is no longer required to operate or secure the service.
Where technically feasible, associated app records that are not required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or dispute handling will also be removed or anonymized.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited business records, invoices, transaction logs, support records, fraud-prevention logs, and compliance records when required by law or for legitimate business and security purposes.
Retained records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to satisfy accounting, legal, security, payment, audit, or dispute-resolution obligations.
Processing time
We aim to review verified deletion requests promptly. The final timeline can vary depending on whether there are pending orders, open payment disputes, or legal retention requirements attached to the account.
